Bryan and the team at 5 stars were right there when I needed them most. Long story short I ordered a kit and tune from another company that ended up having a blank tuner instead of a lynked one. Of coarse I didn't find this out until late Friday night when I went to install a tune. Spent all day Saturday trying to get a hold of said company with no avail. Sunday came and I was really starting to sweat... It was a Sunday, I had no tune , and I absolutely NEEDED my truck for Monday morning. I had pretty much lost all hope... Then Bryan messaged me. From the first message until even right now 2 days later he is still personally answering my questions. He has been nothing short of amazing. He had tunes to me ON A SUNDAY with only a few hour turn around. ECM/Tcm tunes that are way better then I expected. Shifts are tight, smooth, and at the perfect time. Tons of power through all 5 SOTF tunes, and not just power but clean, smooth power. Fact of the matter is yeah sure the big name companies tunes are good, but they aren't Sunday night instant replies to questions good. 5 starts tunes are just as good if not BETTER than the big names... But there's one huge difference and that is peace of mind difference. 5 stars truly went out of their way, above and beyond for me and I can't thank you guys enough. One thing is for sure , 5 stars has my business for all upgrades to come. I'll say it one more time... THANK YOU GUYS!! you really saved my ass.
